Empty Walls: Phlegm

The Empty Walls Festival is the first of it's king in the Roath district of Cardiff, Wales which aims to bring color, culture and vibrancy to the capital city by creating an outdoor gallery of public murals. Phlegm was one of the ten participating artists in the festival who painted this killer Welsh Dragon, most commonly known as the image on the Welsh national flag. Stepping aside from his usual surreal worlds and characters it's a nice change to see this beast on such a large scale in Phlegm's monochromatic palette.
