Multiviralizing Art

The Multiviral project is an ongoing art project started up by the Puerto Rican rap group Calle13, through which they have hand picked some of the best street artists out there and invited them to create murals in their neighborhoods of choice. The one above was the incredible piece painted by Ever in Buenos Aires, Argentina who chose to visually connect people by recreating a scene of locals literally being drawn to "Multiviral." The point of the project is to objectively "open new spaces for artists around the world... [and] aim to redefine originality and find the inspiration and motivation to continue creating." With the project connections are made through people again, who are normally desensitized by the technology of the world we live in. For full info about the participating artists and the project itself head on over to Calle13's site here.
