With Ludo in town for his "Fruit of the Doom" solo show opening tomorrow at Jonathan Levine Gallery's new second space on 23rd St in NYC he has hit up the city with a variety of wheat paste street installations to coincide with the exhibit. This particular piece was done in partner with the L.I.S.A. Project (Little Italy Street Art) in you guessed it, the Little Italy neighborhood of NYC. Featuring his limited color palette of black, white, and green this particular exhibition will showcase "the artist’s trademark visual puns in the form of produce, speak[ing] to themes of corporate branding in pop-culture and referencing GMO engineering in commercial agriculture."
